Like many others you may feel the call to meet the needs of your own neighborhood. A quick drive around west Elgin reveals many churches and many needs, but how can any one church address them all? ECDC is uniquely focused on helping build a coordinated “network” of churches and individuals to present a united front to address the special needs in our own back yards.
